PPA S&C Group is looking for a customer support representative to join our team.
The daily job includes managing and optimizing all activity in specific platforms, solving technical issues, working closely with the team leader and other members of the team on technical solutions and problem solving. The position requires both strategic thinking as well as “hands on” work on various platforms
• 1+ years of programmatic advertising experience – An advantage.
• Familiar with advertising platforms (SSPs, DSPs, Ad serving systems)
• Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
• Technical Orientation
• Attention to detail a must
• Experience in RTB platforms such as Adkernel - an advantage
• Team player
• Fluent or native English- A Must. Other languages – an advantage.
• Respond to customer’s requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Working with a team leader and other members to provide customer support using internal tools to assess and identify customer needs
• Optimizations of demand and supply
• Performing data analysis on accounts
• Troubleshooting connection issues and integrations
• Upholding support system and technical issues
